The facility is set to feature EV charging stations, promoting sustainable practices within the logistics sector.
These advancements aim to reduce transportation costs, enable just-in-time (JIT) operations, and improve export capabilities across various sectors, including e-commerce, FMCG/FMCD, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and retail.
The project is expected to generate over 1,500 direct jobs, fostering local employment and skill development.
Additionally, it will reportedly create opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to integrate into the supply chain ecosystem, thereby contributing to economic growth and regional development.
Ashwani Gupta, Whole-Time Director & CEO of APSEZ, said: “As one of our largest effort in this direction, the Park will play a pivotal role in strengthening our logistics presence in southern India, supporting local manufacturing and regional growth. We remain committed to building world-class infrastructure that advances sustainability, connectivity, and national progress.”
