A.P. Moller – Maersk (Maersk) has appointed Bruno Plantaz as Global Head of Solutions and a member of its Executive Leadership Team, effective 1 November 2026.
Plantaz brings international experience across freight forwarding and contract logistics. He spent 10 years at Kuehne+Nagel and more than a decade at CEVA Logistics, where he held senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, Southern Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa.
Plantaz will succeed Narin Phol, who is due to leave Maersk at the end of September.
During his career at Maersk, Phol held several senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa, and North America.
The company said he played a key role in the development of its Logistics & Services business, with a focus on customer delivery.

Meanwhile, Susana Elvira, Chief People Officer at Maersk, will leave the company in mid-October after 24 years with the group.
Elvira has been involved in shaping Maersk’s global workforce strategy and its approach to workplace inclusion, according to the company.
Maersk said her successor has been appointed and will join on 1 November 2026.
