Maersk, ShippyPro team up to ease cross-border shipping
A.P. Moller-Maersk (Maersk) has integrated its e-commerce parcel services with ShippyPro’s shipping management platform, giving joint customers access to Maersk’s delivery network without adding a new system to their existing workflow.

The tie-up forms part of Maersk’s wider platform strategy, supporting its continued investment in e-commerce capabilities through both its own digital tools and integration with third-party platforms.

Through the integration, ShippyPro customers can now access Maersk E-Commerce services from within the shipping, tracking and returns workflows they already use, with the service live on ShippyPro’s platform from now.

The companies say the move responds to a common pain point for e-commerce businesses expanding into new markets: managing cross-border shipping, multiple carriers, delivery visibility and customer experience, often across several disconnected systems.

The integration is designed to give merchants access to international delivery capabilities while keeping them on a single platform.

Helena Garcia, Regional Head of E-Commerce Europe at Maersk, said: “Customers increasingly expect logistics providers to integrate seamlessly into the digital ecosystems where they manage their business. Our partnership with ShippyPro reflects Maersk’s commitment to making our e-commerce logistics solutions easier to access, while continuing to expand our e-commerce parcel orchestration capabilities.”

Through the integration, customers can use Maersk’s international parcel delivery services alongside other carriers already available on ShippyPro’s platform, gaining streamlined shipment management and end-to-end visibility across domestic and international markets without additional operational or technology integrations.

ShippyPro is a shipping management platform that helps businesses automate shipping, tracking and returns across multiple carriers. The partnership combines that capability with Maersk’s e-commerce logistics network, with the stated aim of giving customers greater flexibility and carrier choice as they scale into new markets.

Francesco Borghi, CEO and Co-Founder of ShippyPro, stated: “Our customers are scaling into new markets faster than ever, and carrier complexity shouldn’t be what slows them down. Bringing Maersk’s e-commerce delivery network into ShippyPro means our merchants get access to a world-class parcel carrier without adding a single new integration to their stack. That’s the kind of partnership that genuinely moves the needle for e-commerce businesses managing cross-border logistics.”

The deal adds to Maersk’s push into e-commerce logistics, an area where it continues to invest in digital capabilities, platform integrations and end-to-end delivery solutions aimed at simplifying supply chains for customers and improving the online shopping experience for consumers.
