Pacific International Lines (PIL) has launched two new Intra-Asia services, strengthening connectivity between China and Indonesia, and between China, Singapore and Malaysia.
The move comes as the carrier looks to capture growing intra-regional trade demand.
The enhanced North China Indonesia (NCI) Service will commence on 8 November 2026 from Qingdao, operated by a consortium of vessels providing a direct weekly link between China, Indonesia and Singapore, with a focus on supporting reefer cargo flows between key ports.
The new China Singapore Malaysia (CSM) Service will begin on 27 October 2026 from Tianjin, offering a dedicated weekly connection between North and South China, Singapore and gateways in West Malaysia.

The route gives customers access to major industrial and consumer markets across the region, with transhipment links through Singapore into PIL’s broader global network.
Rita Wong, General Manager, Intra-Asia Services, PIL, said: “Asia continues to be a key engine of global trade growth, and we are seeing increasing demand for efficient and reliable connectivity within the region. These new services strengthen PIL’s regional network, enhance connectivity to our broader global services, and support customers in capitalising on expanding trade opportunities across Asia.”
