Signal Ocean has announced the strategic acquisition of AXSMarine, a leader in maritime freight and commodities tracking.

The move reinforces Signal Ocean’s focus on technology, innovation, and collaboration across the global shipping ecosystem.

AXSMarine brings a well-established suite of products – including AXSDry and Alphaliner – with strong market adoption.

The acquisition combines Signal Ocean’s platform with AXSMarine’s offerings and affiliates, including Next Voyage Maritime Pte. and Shiplex S.A., expanding the group’s reach to more than 1,500 clients worldwide.

The combined portfolio now covers freight, commodities tracking, and voyage and ship management ERP solutions.
